My name is Mathurin. I’ve been working in Silicon Valley since 2011 and slowly moved up from Specialist at Apple Retail in Santa Clara to Systems Engineer. I didn’t really know what I wanted to do while working at Apple, but I knew that working with code was an interest of mine. Slowly, overtime, I got more opportunities to do just that.
In 2015 I got my first real break as an Automation Engineer. In that time, I read “The Phoenix Project” by Gene Kim, George Spafford, and Kevin Behr thanks to a recommendation from a good friend in Silicon Valley. Ever since then, DevOps has been my goal.
